Equipped with a fully automatic global automatic lubrication system, each transmission point of the guide rail and screw is evenly lubricated with oil, without lubrication dead corners, reducing dry grinding losses; The whole machine is equipped with a fully wrapped waterproof sand splash protection cover, which prevents cutting abrasive water from directly corroding the screw guide rail and extends the life of the transmission parts.

3. Safety limit and accuracy parameters

Equipped with X/Y/Z three-axis overtravel automatic limit protection to prevent equipment damage from collision; The cutting repetition positioning accuracy is ± 0.1mm, and the fastest no-load moving speed is 8m/min, balancing accuracy and processing efficiency.
